Friday Check In #6

 I've been a little behind on the check-ins lately, but I'm back on track.  This week I started boot camp in the park, and my first week of 18-week marathon training.

Let's see where we're at:

Weight: 165.5 (down 3.5 overall)
Waist: 31.5 inches (down 1 inch overall)
Hips: 38.5 inches (down 1.5 inches overall)
Thighs: 20.5 (down 1 inch overall)
Chest: 38.0 (same)
Biceps: 11.0 (same)

Miles run this week: 15.0
Miles run in the last 9 weeks: 143.0
